SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Paintables Dye System currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

PROCESSING & ORDER CUTOFF TIMES

Orders are processed and fulfilled on a weekly batch shipping schedule. Orders placed by Thursday at 11:00 PM Eastern will be packed over the weekend and ship the following Monday. Orders placed after Thursday at 11:00 PM Eastern will be included in the subsequent week's shipment.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Paintables Dye System.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at pintlercostumes@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
